We are currently using
Crystal Reports Enterprise Product: 14.0.5
We are in the process of appling updates to SP9 .. All of the reports appear correctly when accessing them om the Crystal Server
However
Accessing reports using
Crystal Reports Viewer 2011
Version 14.0.2
Build r364_v20110603
The reports in the viewer are truncated, in that any data that would be designed for ledger paper seems to have been cut off.
Is this a known/unknown problem ? Are there updates to the viewer that need to be applied or do we need to use the Crystal Reports Viewer 2013
(as the updates to the Crystal Server Enterprise applied to SP9 were to bring it up to Crystal Reports Enterprise 2013)
