Hello,
I am facing a strange problem with printers...We are using remote printers and unix host spoolers with access method "U".
Problem is that the printout works fine if given from development or quality system but fails when given from pre-production or production system to same printer and same host spooler being used. Also, spool and output requests are both successful.
We tried several things, put trace also on printer using test tool option, but no progress.
Could anyone guide us what to do in this case?
