Report Painter Report export option with Form, with out moving Transport request

Dear Team,

Can any one have knowledge on this area for Report painter reports of special ledgers which were created in FXI1, FXI2 & FXI3 need to be export from one system and import in to another system, with out moving the Transport request.

Basically it should be export the reports from production and have to be import into development and need to be sync all the systems same way. Do we have the option to import into presentation server and export into another system?

If we have that option please post your comments.
