Guys, Somehow following steps worked fine (waiting for UAT) but I am not satisfied (as I've to enter 4.25 hrs in 4th step): Step : 1 Creation of Absence type :=> In Table T554S created 3 subtypes(example : 0011,0012,0013 for 1/2 day CL/SL/EL respectively) under IT2001. Step : 2 Assign Counting rule(example: 101,102,103 for CL,SL,EL respectively) to Absence types (ex: 0011,0012,0013) Step :3 Create Absence quota(IT2006) on specific day from PA30 screen for 0.5 day Step :4 Create Absence(IT2001) on the same day on which quota has been created for corresponding 1/2 day leave.Put 4.25 hrs as for me 1 working day = 8.5hrs Guys, If u have any better process , please suggest. The above process is ok but without manual entry for number of hrs in 4th step if it is possible, let me know. Regards, Niladri 09748850340
