Sí, es posible configurar el SAP Business One para el iPhone o iPad para publico IP. Para ello, debe habilitar un puerto en el IP (externa) en su firewall y redirigir a la dirección interna de la documentación siguiente:

To connect to your SAP Business One company database, follow the steps below.
1.Tap Settingson your iPhone.
2.On the Settings page, tap Business One.
3.On the Settings page for SAP Business One, specify the following information:
oServer: Server address and port (either IP or server name) in the format <server>:<port>.
Default
ports of integration solutions for SAP Business One are 8080 (http) and 8443 (https). If you enter an incorrect port for a server connection, the app times out in 75 seconds by default.
oSSL: To use SSL (https) between SAP Business One and your iPhone, choose ON.
This setting must comply with the protocol and assigned ports on the server side.
